Our SHEETED GATES are made of 2 3/8 schedule 40 top rail and 2nd rail and hinge post.  Then 2x2 10 gauge square is used for uprights and ends, then the verticles are placed at top middle and bottom of sheet of gate, hinges are made of 6 pieces of 2 7/8 oilfiled pipe then zerked for ease and quietness of use.  All seams are then caulked to eliminate noise.  A 1 1/8 square bullet latch is then added to secure gate when closed.
